Book Review | Rage Of The Immortals | Kanika

‘Rage Of The Immortals’ is one of those books which while reading you forget you’re reading and you found yourself at the place where you are witnessing everything with your own eyes.

The book tells us the story of Lt. Kara, who’s recruited as bodyguard of mysterious evil king, Kuh Cipher. And, that’s when Kara’s life turn upside down and the magical journey starts. There’s so much happens in the book which is very hard to point out in few words review without spoiler. If I don’t intellectualize much, I have to say I quite enjoy reading this fantasy, post apocalyptic story. The book has so many layers and things happening in the book that will keep readers hook.

Kara is not an easy character. She’s stubborn but extremely loyal, lovable and brave. Cipher, our man I like him very much. He’s mysterious and smart and I love him so much. I can’t wait to meet him in real life.

The best part of the book is in the description, the heavily oppressive setting and its characters. I personally thought this characters has lot of emotions and are beautifully described. Unfortunately I found my disappointment in the predictable nature of the story.

I love Kanika’s writing style. It’s beautiful and addictive and full of interesting characters, phrases and fascinating world.
